A detailed history will be collected either in the exam room or over the phone (if curbside). The veterinarian will proceed with a thorough examination of your pet, answer any questions you may have, and plan for further diagnostics or treatments as necessary. The veterinary technician will often wrap things up, perform routine treatments and provide you with further educational information as needed. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow-up.
If you require prescription refills or food – please notify us at least 48 business hours before you will need it to make sure we have it in the clinic. Better yet – consider on-line ordering as you will have the option of home-delivery for all foods and some medications (once approved by our veterinarian).
